Yes, our treats are safe for cats! However, we recommend focusing on our meat-based treats, as cats are obligate carnivores and require meat to meet their primary nutritional needs. While they can have small amounts of our mixed veggies, and fruits, cats won’t absorb the nutrients as effectively as dogs do. For easier chewing, you can cut the treats into smaller pieces.
When introducing any new food to your pet, it's best to start with a small amount and gradually increase it over time. This allows your pet's digestive system to adjust and helps prevent an upset stomach. To avoid choking, you can cut the treats into smaller pieces or crush them into crumbs, especially for fast eaters or smaller pets. This ensures a safe and enjoyable treat experience.

Returns & Refunds Policy
At Skylar Treats, we are committed to providing high-quality products and ensuring customer satisfaction. If you experience any issues with your order, we’re here to help. Please review our return and refund guidelines below
Order Confirmation & Changes
After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email. Due to our fast processing times, we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations once your order is confirmed and charged. Orders placed by 12 PM will be shipped the same day. Once a tracking number has been issued, the order has already been packed or collected by the carrier, and no modifications or cancellations can be made.
Shipping Issues
Skylar Treats is not responsible for lost packages or incorrect addresses entered during checkout. If there is an issue with delivery, please contact the shipping carrier directly using the tracking number provided in your confirmation email.
Inspection & Reporting Issues
Please inspect your package within 48 hours of delivery. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, you must contact us within this 48-hour window. To process your claim, an unboxing video and a video inspecting the product are required as proof of the issue. We only accept complaints if these videos are provided. Email us at skylartreatsla@gmail.com with a detailed description, photos, and your required unboxing videos.
Refunds & Exclusions
We do not offer refunds for personal taste preferences, incorrect addresses entered at checkout, or lost or stolen packages after shipping. Refunds or replacements may be issued only for missing, damaged, or defective items if all required proof is provided within the stated timeframe. Our team will review your case and respond within 24 hours to assist with a resolution

Shipping Policy
We offer free shipping on orders over $99. Currently, we ship only within the United States using carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx.
Same Day Delivery
For orders placed before 12 PM, we will pack and ship them the same day. Please note that because we process orders quickly, we cannot guarantee any changes once an order has been placed. Make sure all order details are correct before placing order.
Packaging Box
Please note that packaging box may vary based on the size of your order. For smaller orders of 1 to 3 items, we typically use bubble mailers. For orders of 6 to 12 items, we use our special Skylar Treats-branded boxes. For larger orders of more than 12 items, a standard brown box will be used.
